Perth Home of Heating is an independent heating store in Midvale, sitting right at the gateway to the Perth Hills. The showroom traces its history back to 1970 and has been part of the Midvale trade landscape since 1980. Alison and Brett took it over and rebranded it in 2018, and they have kept the same approach: a wide floor, honest advice, and no pressure to buy the most expensive box in the room.

The Parkray Aspect 14 Eco is on display in the showroom. It is the largest heater in the Aspect Eco range, built for the big open-plan living areas and high ceilings that are common through the hills and the eastern suburbs. If you are weighing it up against the Aspect 5 or Aspect 8, the team can walk you through where each model lands on output, heating area, and log length so you buy for the room you actually have.

Perth's eastern suburbs and the hills get genuinely cold. Mornings in Mundaring, Glen Forrest, and Darlington regularly sit near freezing through winter, and homes on larger blocks are rarely well served by a ducted system alone. A wood heater gives you radiant warmth that fills a room properly and keeps running when the power does not.

Perth Home of Heating is supply only, so they do not install. What they do instead is point you to installers they trust locally, which means you get a straight recommendation rather than a bundled quote. They also carry accessories and spare parts, so the relationship does not end the day the heater leaves the floor.
