Visiting a dealer

Common questions

Do I need to book before visiting a showroom?

Most authorised Hunter Stoves dealers welcome walk-ins during business hours, but a quick call ahead is always a good idea, especially on weekends. Dealers can have the model you are interested in cleared, lit, or ready to demonstrate when you arrive.

Can I order online and have a Hunter Stoves heater shipped?

No. The Parkray Aspect Eco range is sold and installed exclusively through authorised dealers. The reason is practical: a wood heater needs a compliant flue, correct clearances, and a certified install. Buying through your local dealer keeps all of that under one warranty.

Who installs the heater once I have bought it?

Your authorised dealer arranges installation, either with their own team or with a vetted local installer. Installation must be carried out by a qualified person in line with AS/NZS 2918 and your state regulations, and that certification is part of what you get when you buy through the dealer network.

There is no dealer in my town. What now?

Many authorised dealers cover a wide service area beyond their showroom suburb. Pick the closest dealer to you and give them a call, they will usually deliver and install across a region. If no one can reach you, contact Hunter Stoves Australia directly and we will help find the right solution.

What should I bring to a showroom visit?

A photo or rough sketch of where you want the heater, the dimensions of the room or open-plan space you are heating, and a sense of how often you plan to use it. That gives the dealer enough to recommend the right model and talk through flue, clearances, and likely install cost.
